Black Urad Dal is known by various names such as Black Lentils, Black Gram etc. Urad Dal is used widely in subcontinent countries. The Urad Dal is mainly of two types that is black (with chilka) and white (without chilka). Indian urad/ urad dal is highly appreciated worldwide due to its extremely nutritious nature and good taste.
